The HR Organization Chart is a simple but effective module in Open HRMS that will provide the overall employee hierarchy of your organization.
Let’s take a detailed look at the HR Organizational Chart in Open HRMS in this chapter.
The HR Organizational Chart module will help you to get an overview of the hierarchical position of employees in your company. This chart can be generated based on each department. From higher-level to lower-level employees, users will be able to observe the position of each employee at a single glance. This chart will be helpful to understand the department in which they work and under which manager they are working. In order to configure this feature in your database, all you need to do is install the module from the Open HRMS AppStore.
In order to simplify the searching process, you are allowed to use the search bar as shown in the image above. Click the Install button. After completing the installation, the features of the HR Organizational Chart can be accessed from the Employee module
From the Employee module, you can select one employee from the dashboard in order to view the hierarchical chart of that employee in the company.
Under the Work Information tab of the employee profile, you will be able to see the Organization Chart of the selected employee.
In order to get this chart, you must define the names of the Manager and Coach of the particular employee in the corresponding fields. Apart from this, you will get another option in the Employees menu called Organizational Chart which will provide the overall employee hierarchy of your organization.
The Open HRMS: HR Organizational Chart module can be used to understand the employee hierarchy within the organization.
