Open HRMS Saudi GOSI Contribution is constructed for the organizations in Saudi Arabia. It is a component of Open HRMS which is a business suite for HR management. GOSI is a Saudi Arabian government agency concerned with social insurance in the country.

This module handles the GOSI contributions from Saudi employees and employers in Saudi Arabia. The GOSI contribution is only applicable to Saudi citizens between the age of 18 and 60 years.

This module helps to manage the GOSI contributions of employees from the salary payment by satisfying the conditions of the GOSI contributions.

Eligibility Checking

For creating GOSI details for an employee, the employee should satisfy the age limit condition. The age limit condition is that the age of the GOSI contributor should be within a range of 18 to 60 years. If the age limit condition is satisfied, the window for entering the GOSI information will open.

GOSI Informations

The GOSI information of the employee can be stored by entering details in this window. The form includes ‘Type’ which specifies the type of the GOSI that the employee required, ’Issue Date’ defining the date in which the GOSI is approved to the employee, and ‘GOSI Number’ a unique number given to the employee. The information provided in the form will be further used to create the GOSI register of the employee in the future steps.

Contract and Salary Structure

It is very important to create a contract and salary structure for the employee in the GOSI Contribution. While creating a contract, there are mainly two choices available when selecting the salary structure- one is for the employees of Saudi citizenship and another one is for the overseas people. After selecting the salary structure and saving the contract, change the state from ‘New’ to ‘Running’.

GOSI Register

This window shows the GOSI Register, which consists of Employee details and Gosi details of the employee.

Payslip Creation

Payslip creation is the last and most important step of GOSI Contribution. While creating the payslip for the Saudi employee, two new entries will appear in the payslip lines i.e., Employee GOSI Contribution and Company GOSI Contribution. It is possible to print the pdf reports of these entries.
